An invoice will be sent to your email address upon submitting this form. Tuition invoices must be paid within 24 hours of submitting your registration form or your spot will be forfeited.
If you are signing up for more than one session or signing up more than one child, you must send in tuition per session per child with the application form. Notarized forms are due the first day of camp.
All tuition is NON REFUNDABLE. However, we understand that circumstances can change that my cause a camper to not be able to participate. If notice is received before registration for the camp ends, then we will be happy to credit the student’s account for the half of amount of the tuition. This credit can be used towards any services that DDEC provides. The credited amount must be used within a 60 day time that the notice is given or that money will be forfeited. Again, no money will be refunded.
